About the Program

Tiger Training is a 6-week summer program for 5th-8th grade athletes focused on building strength, speed, and confidence. Held at Blue Valley High School and supervised by BVHS Certified Athletic Trainer Caitlin Truhe, MHPE, LAT, ATC, every session is safe, structured, and coach-led. Choose the track that fits your athlete’s schedule and goals: Tiger Strength, Tiger Speed, or the Complete Program. Whether your athlete is new to training or ready to take the next step, Tiger Training builds the foundation for long-term athletic growth.

Tiger Strength

Tiger Strength

Days: Monday & Wednesday

Time: 9:30 - 10:30 AM

Price: $160

Tiger Strength focuses on building a strong foundation through proper lifting technique, body control, and age-appropriate strength training. Athletes will develop confidence in the weight room while learning movements and habits that support success across all sports.

Tiger Speed

Tiger Speed

Days: Tuesday & Thursday

Time: 9:30 - 10:30 AM

Price: $160

Tiger Speed is designed to improve sprint mechanics, agility, and coordination through purposeful movement training and conditioning. Athletes will learn how to move more efficiently, react more quickly, and perform faster in competition.

Complete Program

Complete Program

Days: Monday - Thursday

Time: 9:30 - 10:30 AM

Price: $300

The Complete Program combines both Tiger Strength and Tiger Speed for a full four-day training schedule. This option offers the most consistent development and is the best choice for athletes who want the full Tiger Training experience.

Coach Terrell will send out information about drop-off and pick-up closer to the start date.
